2m NOV applied for!

Hi everyone!

I hope you are all doing well 🙂

Just another quick update for you all! Today Wayne and I applied for the 2m Simplex Gateway for Yaesu System Fusion! Don’t worry this is not a replacement but is in addition to mb6ipr! The new callsign is going to be mb6pr!

For more information from the RSBG website please click here. Hopefully we shall know more information soon and as always we are super super excited to get started! We have had some amazing feedback from people as far away as Lancaster saying that they are accessing the node with ease!

Some other news is, my antenna should be up at my QTH next week! I am super excited and cannot wait! I have also been in contact with the Thornton Cleveleys Amateur Radio Society to join the club and also start working towards my Intermediate Licence. I did my Foundation Licence there nearly 9 Years ago! They are an awesome club and I will leave a link so you can check them out.

Thanks very much for all your support and Wayne and I are super pleased with the way things have turned out and have heard some amazing contacts going through the Gateway!
